The following are all Character Dining experiences at Disneyland, DCA and the Disneyland hotels.

They more alike each other than they are different. The food varies at each location and time. My favorite adult food is at Storyteller's. I like the food there even without any characters. My least favorite food is served at the Plaza Inn. Just my personal preference.

At all of these Character Dining experiences they have food for kids and they have a more adult cuisine. You either are severed or its more buffet style. But as you are eating the characters come to you rather than you having to wait in line for them. The difference is pretty significant and makes for a lot of fun. You can't help but get pictures with all the characters there.

I recommend getting Priority Seating otherwise known as a reservation. Call up ahead of time and get a time. It would be a shame to have to wait too long or get turned away outright.
